Worked some more on taking down the shed
Found a squirrel nest in said shed
Watched my dad almost get attacked by said squirrel
Got Ree a tricycle
Went for a nice Sunday drive
Had chinese
Baked
Cleaned
Slept
Summer is coming this week. Tomorrow's forecasted heat is 88 degrees! I really like Spring and am a little sad that it seems to maybe have bypassed us this year! My goal this week is to sit down and write up a few healthy meals. I want to start eating better!

oh no! your poor dad. we found a racoon nest a few years back - cute creatures but the nest, oh so gross.

ReplyDeleteWell they had built their nest in between the walls of the shed. I think when they took the wall down the one thing on the squirrels mind was "RUN!!" So he jumped to run. If my dad had stood up at that moment he would have had a squirrel wrapped around his head!

I know most people love squirrels, but I have seen the damage they can cause to homes and property...I am not a fan! :)

I am not a fan of them either. We've had 2 in our house over the past 6 months. I have a very strong dislike of them!!

ReplyDeleteI was thinking about the colors yesterday because it seems to be an unconscious theme going on in my life these days! The socks I cast on for yesterday are the blue & aqua color as well! :-)
