Yarn Along

This past weekend I finally finished a long time WIP. My rooster wash cloth. I also cast on and finished  the "My Hat of Choice" hat. I still have a Miranda Hat on the needles that would probably take me about 5 minutes to finish!

I also have been reading. A few weeks ago Karen wrote about "The Flight of Gemma Hardy" and I really meant to go request it from the library. Except I didn't do it RIGHT THEN and forgot about it. Last week while browsing the new books shelf at the library it was sitting right there! I picked it up and it's a good book. My favorite book of all time is Jane Eyre and this is a modern day version. It's really making me want to read Jane Eyre next!

  3. I love the rooster! I think I have Jane Eyre on my nook... maybe I'll reread that while we're away and look for Gemma Hardy when we get back. So many people keep writing about it I think I need to read it for myself :)

  7. That rooster cloth is just too cute! I love doing projects like dish cloths. So much satisfaction from something so little. The color you chose is very nice as well!
