Right now

Right now.....

*I can't believe the weekend went by so fast
*That first cup of coffee may need to be followed by a second
*Thankful that potty training is going so well
*Wondering how potty training will go with our busy (out of the house) morning
*Looking forward to spending time with friends
*Needing to do at least 4 loads of laundry
*Loving our freshly mowed yard
*Looking forward to an an easy meal week...tons of leftovers!
*Hoping we can catch the ice cream truck this week....he goes so fast!

Also linking up with Morgan at Binks & Bubbles for Weekend in Instagram since all pictures in this post were taken this weekend through instagram!

  1. In my experience with potty training learn where every restroom is located in town!
It's nice to hear there are still ice cream trucks that go around!

  3. Oh yes I remember those potty training days. I never thought I would say it, but that was when being a mommy was easy! Having a teen definitely wears on the nerves.....

Good luck with the ice cream truck. He doesn't even come to our neighborhood for some reason (which is probably a good thing for me!)

  4. That first time you buckle a child into the car wearing underwear is a bit of a hold-your-breath moment. I dunno, I've ushered three kids through that phase now and I don't think it deserves the bad rap it gets, compared to some other things. (If you have a germ thing, you get over it quick, because you will visit every public bathroom in the state, and probably talk your way into ones that are for employees only, too.) We *did* travel with a potty in the back of our car for a while though. Comes in handy on long car trips or places where actual bathrooms aren't available.

  5. Love your joyful take on the day, looking for the many blessings God gives every moment. I remember being a young mom and having many of the same thoughts. Thanks for the post.
